By accessing or using BelvoInc CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including individual agents, team members, and brokerage administrators.
BelvoInc CRM is a cloud-based CRM platform designed for Canadian real estate professionals. The Service includes contact management, transaction checklists, AI-powered tools, property search, milestone email automation, and related features as described on our website.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers. New features are subject to these Terms unless stated otherwise.
To use BelvoInc CRM, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.
BelvoInc CRM offers paid subscription plans (Solo, Team, Brokerage) billed in USD on a monthly basis. All plans include a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to start a trial.
Canadian users: prices are listed in USD. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

BelvoInc and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Belvo Inc. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without express written permission.
The BelvoInc CRM name, logo, and product design are trademarks of Belvo Inc.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into BelvoInc CRM, including client contacts, transaction records, and documents. By using the Service, you grant Belvo Inc. a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not sell your data. Upon account termination, you may export your data. We will delete your data within 90 days of account closure. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
BelvoInc CRM provides tools to assist real estate professionals. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, legal advisor, or financial advisor. AI-generated content (meeting notes, email drafts, property summaries) is provided as a productivity aid only — you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using it professionally.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belvo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including data, liability, and governing law clauses) will do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
